Join them for a mesmerizing dance performance this Sunday as part of their First Sunday Free activities. Dancer-choreographer Jody Sperling appears live at the Clark to share the artistry of modern dance pioneer Loïe Fuller in celebration of heir Arabesque exhibition. Using fabric, motion, and light, Fuller created a unique art form that made her the embodiment of the Art Nouveau movement. Sperling, the foremost modern interpreter of Fuller’s distinctive choreography, will explore the influence of arabesque on her dance style. Performance is free. Open seating; no reservations required.
