The Teaching Artist Showcase highlights the incredible talent of our dedicated teaching artists at the Arts Center. This exhibition aims to showcase the remarkable work created by our teaching staff outside the traditional classroom setting, providing a unique insight into their artistic prowess and diverse creative expressions.

120° Intercollegiate Regional
The Arts Center of the Capital Region, the Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council, and Saratoga Arts are happy to release a call for art. The 120° Intercollegiate Regional is a juried fine art exhibition for students attending an accredited College or University located within 120 miles of Troy, NY. The exhibition travels to a different host site each year highlighting the best of collegiate art students in the region. This year, the exhibit will be at The Arts Center of the Capital Region in Troy, NY March 18 – April 20.
The 120th Intercollegiate exhibition, taking place this year, will undergo the jurying process led by Ryan Turley, an accomplished artist and Gallery Director. Based in Hudson, New York, Ryan Turley holds the position of Gallery Director at Turley Gallery. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The New School For Design and a Masters in Fine Arts from Pratt Institute. For further insights into Ryan’s work, you can explore his website.
